We would like to invite paper submissions from a global audience in computer science and research to a thematic issue on Topic Trends in Computing Research in the Journal Computación y Sistemas (ISSN: 1405-5546).
We invite you to send a paper that address some of the latest developments and key topics in the field of Computing and its applications developed by Mexican researchers in Spain, specially in Catalonia. This special issue aims to promote the research, development, and applications of advanced computing technologies by providing a high-level international forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research results and share development experiences. Experts in the field will blindly review all submissions. Acceptance is based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Computación y Sistemas (CyS; standing for Computer Science and Systems in Spanish), ISSN 1405-5546, is a peer reviewed open access scientific journal of Computer Science and Engineering. It is published quarterly by Centro de Investigación en Computación (Center of Computing Research, CIC), of Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), and it is sponsored by Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT).
The journal welcomes author submission of original and significant contributions. Articles submitted should not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication any place else and should report original unpublished research results. Authors have to read through the author guidelines carefully before beginning the submission process.
Submitted papers should strictly follow the CyS format, please remember that submissions must be only by email to Claudia Ayala and Sergio N. González-Rocha.
